Boston Consulting Group (BCG)

During my Graphic Design Co-op at Clarke, I worked with the team on BCG's "Beyond is where we begin" campaign, a recruiting campaign aimed at attracting and retaining top talent. What makes this campaign unique is its focus on BCG employees, highlighting their unique perspectives and personal experiences as a BCGer. My role within this campaign involved concepting and designing digital display ads and social media content.

Digital Display Ads

We created a series of advertisements spanning a variety of sizes intended to be displayed on Glassdoor.com and similar job search sites. We created two design directions, all adhering to the campaign's visual identity. The challenge was to maintain legibility and deliver the campaign message across varying sizes, including some very small sizes.
